David has always been active with sports ever since he was young. He played soccer, baseball, football, and studied martial arts. He eventually found himself getting bored with his workouts and strived for something more. During his career in the United States Army, he found CrossFit. It has helped him unlock his true potential physically and mentally. David is a big believer in the support of the community and friends and that is what pushed him to be in the best shape of his life. This is why David started coaching; he wants to give people the guidance to change their lives and help them see what their bodies are truly capable of. CrossFit is not about being the best at exercising, it’s about being the best version of yourself. He is always reminding his athletes not to worry about how “fit” the person next to them is, your only competition is the person your were yesterday.
