Enzo Martirano is a former competitive soccer player in Europe, holds a degree in Exercise Science, and is our full time programmer. Athletics, fitness, and knowledge of movement are second nature to him and it shows in his programming and in his own training. CrossFit is a perfect fit for Enzo, as it utilizes the same athleticism, hard work, and discipline that he is used to in his career as an athlete.

“I come from an Exercise Science/Physiology education and sports specific background. I believe in having a healthy balance of both strength and conditioning in a workout regimen. The volume and intensity of my workouts each week reflects the percentages and rep ranges of the strength phase in which my athletes are working. I program work in all different time domains and target all three energy systems in order to apply a stimulus for optimal body adaptations and overall fitness improvement. I feel this is the best approach to becoming healthier and more fit.”
