Individual Programming

This option is for a more individualized fitness journey. After answering a detailed questionnaire, your coach will create a workout program specific to your needs and goals. Whether your goal is to make it to Regionals, run a marathon, enter a body building competition, or lose weight, this program is for you. This track is also for the individual that is coming back from an injury or surgery, someone wanting additional workouts outside of CrossFit classes, someone working odd hours where attending group class is nearly impossible, or someone simply wanting to work on a specific weakness. There is constant communication and support between coach and athlete through email.
