Coach Ray has a specialty in Olympic weightlifting. He began lifting weights as a junior in high school after choosing AWT (Advanced Weight Training) as an elective. He quickly realized that his training, consistency, and hard work started to show - he was lifting/competing with kids larger and older than him. He continued weight lifting throughout college. Coach Ray hopes that he can help new athletes discover their strength and confidence through CrossFit, just as he did.
